Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
¾ cup sugar
Optional: ½–1 tsp cinnamon (for a cozy flavor)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sprinkle a thin layer of sugar on your work surface. Place puff pastry on top and roll into a smooth rectangle.
Sprinkle half of the sugar over the pastry and lightly roll to press it in.
Roll both short sides inward toward the center until they meet (creating a scroll shape).
Gently press the roll to about 2 inches thick, then slice into ½-inch pieces.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes.
Flip each piece and bake an additional 6 minutes, or until golden and caramelized.
